Easy to take, no weird aftertaste, and no jittery feeling like other energy products I've used. I feel steadier through the afternoon instead of crashing.

A few drops in water each morning, and within a few weeks I noticed I wasn't reaching for snacks out of habit as much.

I liked that it's a liquid instead of another pill to remember. Went with the 3-bottle pack to give it a real 90 days, and it's part of my routine now.
